A LEGACY OF LEADERSHIP
Arctic Sheet Metal was founded in 1977 by Douglas McQuown. The core principles have not changed in 40 years, but the industry has significantly. Since the beginning, Arctic has embraced changes in manufacturing and installation technology. We are one of the first in the region to fully embrace Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) in our shop and Building Information Modeling (BIM) for ease of field coordination, shop drawing and component management.

Doug started his career in the sheet metal industry in 1967 and worked his way up before founding Arctic Sheet Metal in 1977. Throughout the years Doug has maintained his commitment to quality, excellence, and business ethics. Doug left us in 2022 he will be missed, we will continue to build and grow his legacy using his founding values.
JIM BRADY PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS MANAGER For 20 years, Jim served as a Project Manager, Division Manager, and General Manager with two full-service mechanical contractors in a variety of commercial and industrial markets. He joined Arctic Sheet Metal in 2011 and is a registered Professional Engineer in Oregon.
Dana joined the team in April 2000 after providing audit, tax, and consulting services for a variety of clients. She has substantial experience serving the construction industry and oversees the financial and administrative operations of Arctic Sheet Metal, Inc
